C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel would submit that in Arbitration Petition No. 47 of 2025 filed under Section 11, an Arbitrator has been appointed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 26.05.2026 and in that circumstances, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
