ORDER
This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to grant a temporary service connection to the petitioner's property situated at S.F. No. 98/2B, Galaxy City, Plot No. 11, Kannanpalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore, measuring about 1870 sq. ft., as per the petitioner's online application dated 05.04.2025 (Application Ref. No. 200030440425209) a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the application was kept pending only for want of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the appropriate authorities. Along with the typed set of papers, the NOC dated 11.06.2024 has now been produced before this Court. If a copy of the said NOC is produced before respondents 2 and 3, they shall consider the same and effect the service connection.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:
(i) Along with the web copy of this order, the petitioner shall produce a copy of the No Objection Certificate dated 11.06.2024 to second and third respondents within one week from the date of receipt of the web copy. (ii) Within two weeks thereafter, second and third respondents shall consider the same and effect the temporary service connection in accordance with law. No costs.
