This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original order dated 30.09.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.Number.AA2/2045/2021' (hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity). 3.

Mr.R.Pravesh of M/s.P.B.Ramanujam Associates (Law Firm), learned counsel for writ petitioner is before us. 4.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned order was not readily available at the time of filing the writ petition. Therefore, photocopy of the impugned order was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.

Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned order is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
