PRAYER This petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the respondents not to take any coercive action with respect to 45-A Order No.TN /Ins- IV/ 51- 00-122357- 000- 0999/07-2023 dated 28.07.2023 for Rs.1,61,354 /- (Rupees One lakh sixty one thousand three hundred and fifty four only) towards ESI contribution on Adhoc basis for the period from 07/2019 to 03/21 and 05/ 21 issued by the 1st respondent, till the stay application in E.I. O.P.S.R. No.91 of 2025 is disposed of, by the Principal Labour Court, Chennai.
