ORDER

This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed to terminate the Mandate of the first respondent in ARC No.42/2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Arbitration Original Petition and also made an endorsement with regard to the same. Further, he would request this Court to grant liberty to file a fresh petition.

3. In view of the above, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the present Arbitration Original Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.

4. Accordingly, this Arbitration Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
