Order This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17103 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 in Crl.A.No.1169 of 2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen from the records that the petitioner had complied with the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17103 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1169 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022.

Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.9 of the order dated 14.11.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.17103 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1169 of 2022. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified as follows:

"The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once every three months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
