This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1935 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner is complying the order regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
