This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2002 of 2024 dated 05.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
