Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the application dated 05.03.2020 filed under Section 29 and 34 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits within a reasonable time.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
