Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties pursuant to the orders passed by this Honourable Court in the order passed in Crl.M.P.no.4611 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9747 of 2020 by order dated 30/07/2020 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 30.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to execute the sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties.
