This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner expect by due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was not called for any enquiry by the respondent/police and the respondent/police have not registered any case against the petitioner, the same is recorded. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
