PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 11.07.2011 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 12744 of 2011.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader produced a communication of the Tahsildar dated 24.06.2013, stating that as there is a Civil Suit pending between the parties in O.S. No. 165 of 2011, a decision would be taken based upon the outcome of the pending Civil Suit. M.M.SUNDRESH,J.

2. Considering the said submission, this Court does not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order dated 11.07.2011 passed in W.P. No. 12744 of 2011.
