ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, seeking revised scale of salary and fixation of new pay in pursuant to Circular No.7/2014 in Na.Ka.17933/2013/pacs dated 28.02.2014.
2. The writ petitioner died long back and near relatives did not take any steps to substitute themselves in the place of the deceased petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. Therefore, the legal heirs of the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the 2/5
respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. There shall be no orders as to costs.
