This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the Appeal C.M.A SR.68866 of 2021.

2. Mr. M.J. Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel undertakes to file Vakalat on behalf of the 2nd Respondent. Notice sent to the first respondent has been returned with an endorsement ''unclaimed''. The first respondent has also remained exparte before the Tribunal.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for in C.M.P No.14997 of 2021. However, it is made clear that the Appellant/ claimant is not entitled for any interest for the delay period of 102 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
