ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 22.05.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner was acted upon and the officials went to the spot for conducting the survey. In one portion of the property, they found that it was in possession of a third party. Therefore, the respondents wanted to conduct the survey after issuing notice to the concerned party.

3/5 3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the process after issuing notice to the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
