This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to give protection to the petitioner and her husband based on the complaint dated 19.5.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in CSR.No.253 of 2023 and the same was closed on 17.4.2023 and the parties have been directed to workout their remedy before the Competent Civil Court.
