This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13137 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19450 of 2021 on 09.12.2021 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
