Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records and order of the 2nd respondent dated 22.01.2016 in O.Mu.No.A1/7709/2015 and quash the same as illegal and directing the 3rd respondent to comply with the order of this Court in WP.No.21807/2011 dated 26.09.2011 by taking a decision in accordance with law within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
