The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.05.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint dated 24.05.2014 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 27.05.2014.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
