This petition has been filed to direct further investigation by another independent investigation Agency by transferring the investigation in Crime No.508 of 2014, dated 25.11.2014 from the fifth respondent, Gingee Police Station, Gingee to an independent investigation agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, the case was referred as "Action dropped" and a final report was also submitted before the Tahsildar, Gingee, on 05.04.2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no final report was served on the petitioner.

4. Since already the investigation was completed and the final report has been filed as the case was referred as "Action Dropped", recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police is directed to give a copy of RCS notice to the petitioner.
