ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 03.08.2016 made in Proc.No.CMWSSB/Area-X/WP No.16101/2016 of the second respondent.

It is seen that the petitioner is a tenant in the property belongs to Arulmigu Kadumbadi Chinnamman Temple. Further, only one metro water and sewerage connection is entitled for the above premises. Already the third respondent was provided with metro water and sewerage connection. Therefore, the petitioner cannot seek for metro water and sewerage connection for his portion. As such, the request made by the petitioner was rightly rejected and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
