ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 1/4
120B of IPC in Crime No.159 of 2019, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police that the final report has already been filed in this case and the same has been taken on file by the concerned Court in C.C.No.207 of 2025, and the offences are triable by the learned Judicial Magistrate. After taking cognizance, the learned Judicial Magistrate has issued summons to the accused. Since there is no apprehension of arrest, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on receipt of summons.
