This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11743 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
