2. When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e., 07.07.2025 and 15.07.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 21.07.2025 under the caption for dismissal.

3. Even though, the matter is listed today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
