ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the life convict. Seeking leave, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed so as to enable the convict to attend his daughter's marriage scheduled to be held on 04.11.2020.

2. This Court, by order dated 16.10.2020, granted fifteen days leave to the convict with minimum escort and directed the matter to be listed on 05.11.2020 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the convict has not availed leave as he is not in a position to pay the escort charges. He has further submitted that the convict was granted emergency leave by the respondents till 06.11.2020. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the order dated 16.10.2020 stands recalled and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
