WP.No.19360/2017 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and N.SESHASAYEE, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] The earlier order of direction dated 05.09.2018 has not been complied with and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 has submitted a letter dated 23.08.2017 sent by the Commissioner of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Chennai-5, to the learned Special Government Pleader, as to the action taken against the 4th respondent.

It is also brought to the knowledge of this Court that the place of the 4th respondent in which the common kitchen is located has been sealed recently and according to Mr.A.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, the said seal has been lifted and their application for renewal under the Chennai City Municipal Act as well as Food Safety and Standards Authority of India License have been kept pending on account of the directions for filing of the Status Report.

The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 6 / Corporation of Chennai undertakes to file a detailed Status Report in terms of the earlier order dated 05.09.2018.

Call on 16.11.2018 finally, failing which, the concerned officials shall personally remain present before this Court on that day.
