Considering the request made by the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by letter dated 10.06.2022, seeking further extension of time to dispose of the case in CMA.No.30/2018 pending on his file as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17087/2021 dated 16.08.2021 and subsequent time extensions given by this Court by orders dated 03.02.2022 and 04.04.2022 respectively, this Court grants finally three months time to dispose of the matter. It is made clear that no further time extension shall be given.
