Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent police to grant an adequate police protection to the petitioner's property to an extent of 3500 square feet, comprised in Survey No.190/3, situated at Muthusamy Street, Kannankurichi, Salem, by initiating appropriate actions against the accused persons based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.05.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police i.e., the Inspector of Police, C-3 Kannankurichi Police Station, Salem District. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2. A reading of the complaint shows that the petitioner claims to be the owner of the property and one E.Manickam along with his men are alleged to be trespassing into the property.
3. The dispute in question is purely Civil in nature and the petitioner has to necessarily ventilate her grievance only before the Competent Court and the police will have no role to play in the dispute of this nature.
