ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 318(4), 351(2) of BNS (equivalent Sections 420, 506 IPC) in crime No. not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry is pending and an FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
