ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379, 353, 188 of IPC in Crime No.710 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in illegal transportation of Graval sand by using tipper lorry without obtaining proper licence. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has ten previous cases and submits that the petitioner is a history sheeter. Hence he vehemently opposed for the grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. This court perused its careful consideration to the submissions advanced by the learned counsel on either side and considering the ten previous pending cases over the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 17/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
