ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 09.06.2022 seeking approval for the layout plan submitted by the Petitioner in Survey No. 110 / 1A1, to an extent of 0.34.8 Ares in Chettiappanur Village and Panchayat, Kalanthira Village in Vaniyambadi Taluk, presently in Tirupattur District. Since no order was passed, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated

09.06.2022 will be disposed by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the 4th respondent.
