This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 295 days in re-presenting the revision filed in Crl.R.C.SR.No.27246 of 2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the following condition: "the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
