O R D E R

The 2nd defendant in O.S.No.46 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Tirupattur, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2014 within a time frame.

2.The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2014 for permanent injunction.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the defendants have filed their written statement and the suit is ripe for trial. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the suit, the parties are put to hardship and prejudice. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif, Tirupattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
