Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 1080 days in filing the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 04.09.2017 made in WP.No.33005/2013. (IN CMP.No.11333 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.JAYAPRAKASH, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE for the Appellant and of MR.R.MUNUSWAMY, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and 2nd Respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1080 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 04.09.2017 made in W.P.No.33005 of 2013.

2. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none appears on behalf of the second respondent.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.
5. Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the order will be vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
