The petitioner made a representation on 27.07.2015, which is pending consideration with the respondent no.1 in which he has stated that his house was destroyed by fire. In the said representation, he has also stated that the respondent no.3 has also recommended for relief under the Pasumai Thittam in and by letter dated 02.07.2015. Thus, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation.

2. Considering the above, the respondent no.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner by taking into consideration the scope and applicability of the G.O.(Ms)No.64 dated 24.04.2015 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (SGS-1) Department within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by himself or by directing the subordinate officials.
