2.The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 01.07.2016 and to direct the respondent to change the name in the property tax book with respect to the property bearing Door No.3/377, Anna Salai, Jaladianpettai Village, Shozhianganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, which has been settled by her husband through settlement deed dated 27.06.2014. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there may be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2016. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
