This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the first appeal against the decree and judgment dated 25.11.2024 passed in O.S No.52 of 2011 by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same 'for admission' on 17.07.2025.
