The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with a better affidavit, since there was a factual error in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
