ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.18 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Totally there are seven accused in this case and the petitioner herein arrayed as A3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused induced the defacto complainant to invest money in marketing business. Subsequently the defacto complainant invested a sum of Rs.22.50,000/- and the petitioner and other accused neither paid the interest nor returned the principal amount and cheated the defacto complainant. Hence the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner had played fraud and cheated the defacto complainant. He further submits that A6 and A7 were already arrested. Hence ,he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Taking into consideration the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
