The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died on 27.10.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent also produced the Death Certificate of the petitioner. 3.Since no steps have been taken so far to bring on the record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
