O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Cr. No.10 of 2019 dated 04.01.2019 on the basis of the complaint given by the de facto complainant as early as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case investigation is almost over and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet in this case within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
