This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 56 days in filing the present Criminal Revision Case.

2. Mr. Kaushik, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. He has no objection for allowing this petition as the delay is only 56 days.

3. On being satisfied and convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 56 days in filing the present Criminal Revision is condoned.

4. The office is directed to allot regular number to this Revision and put up this case for admission on 03.07.2026 before the appropriate Bench.

5. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply the entire paper book within 48 hours.
