This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 03.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15936 of 2020.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that, the order under contempt has been complied with. She further submitted that, arrears of salary due to the Petitioners will be paid within a period of six months.
