O R D E R

The landlord in R.C.O.P.No.51 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Poonamallee has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Rent Controller to dispose of the petition in M.P.No.23 of 2016 filed under Section 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the landlord filed Rent Control Original Petition for eviction on the ground of willful default and own use and occupation. In the said Rent Control Original Petition, the landlord filed an application under Section 11(4) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act in M.P.No.23 of 2016. The learned counsel further submitted that the respondent/tenant has already filed her counter and the petition was also argued on behalf of the landlord. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Poonamallee, to dispose of the petition in M.P.No.23 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.51 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
