Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st & 5th respondent to disburse the loan for the purpose of providing free milch animals and sheep units to the petitioners.

All these petitioners sought for disbursement of loan for the purpose of providing free milch animals and sheep units. On consideration of the case of the petitioners, the respondent no.8 has made recommendations in Na.Ka.No.307/ A2/2014 dated 25.09.2014 to the respondent no.5. As no further orders are passed thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, the respondent no.3 is directed to take appropriate steps pursuant to the proceedings of the respondent no.8 dated 25.09.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order including the requisite approval/permission from the respondent no.3 as per law.
