ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Alleging that 8th respondent has committed certain offences and that though, the petitioner has made representation to respondents 2 and 3, to take criminal action against respondents 6 to 8, no action was taken, writ of mandamus, is sought for directing respondents 2 and 3, to take criminal action against the respondents 6 to 8, based on the orders passed by the 1st respondent in No.15830/U1/2013 dated 15.07.2013 and Order vide No.7082/C5/2017 dated 23.03.2017.
2. Sub Registrar, Velachery, Chennai, 4th respondent, has filed a counter affidavit dated 03.09.2018, for himself and on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, stating that he had lodged a complaint with the Inspector of Police, Velachery, in No.136 of 2017 dated 03.04.2018.
3. On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint of one Chandra, wife of Ethiraj, petitioner herein, Velacherry Police Station, has registered FIR No.451 of 2018 on 09.04.2018, against Komalavalli and her daughter Kousalya and others under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. FIR No.451 of 2018, dated 09.04.2018, shall be treated as part of record.
4. Complaint of the aggrieved party has been registered and therefore, there is no need to issue any mandamus as prayed for. Placing on record the above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
