Seeking inclusion of his name stated to be permissible under Section 10 of the Patta Pass Book Act, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent nos.1 to 3 to include his name in Patta No.287 in Survey No.175/106. 2. Considering the above, the respondent no.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2013 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the other persons in whose name patta stands as of now.
