O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to direct the Respondent to conduct an enquiry after giving notice of hearing to both parties and pass an appropriate order in the appeal dated 11.04.2018 filed by the Writ Petitioner within a time frame.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the hearing of the appeal has been fixed at 3.00 p.m. on 21.08.2019 before the Respondent and that notice for the same would be issued in advance to the concerned parties.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment.
