ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. A reading of the complaint shows that the petitioner claims to be the owner of the property and one Eapan @ Subramanian along with his men are alleged to be trespassing into the property.

3. The dispute in question is purely Civil in nature and the petitioner has to necessarily ventilate her grievance only before the Competent Court and the police will have no role to play in the dispute of this nature.
