PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove/delete the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintaining in the vide No.06 of 2014 on the file of the respondents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2022 and quash the same and close the History sheet.

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove/delete the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintaining in the vide No.06 of 2014 on the file of the respondents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2022 and quash the same and close the History sheet. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2022 is available with the respondents. The representation dated 28.07.2022 will be considered and appropriate orders would be passed. 3.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
